Terms of Service

By accessing our website or installing or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games for lawful, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse our games, website or related services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Save methods are described in each game and its privacy notice. Arrow Flow saves progress on the device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, can keep a copy in your Play Games account. Removing the app or clearing its data may permanently erase progress that has not been saved to the cloud.

Scores, levels, stars, streaks, hints, coins and other virtual items are gameplay features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Arrow Flow does not sell coins for real money. Its only paid item is an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase, sold and processed by Google Play under Google Play’s terms and refund policies.

Arrow Flow has no ThinkFlow Studios account. Its optional cloud save uses Google Play Games and is provided by Google under its own terms. A future game may offer optional accounts or online services; if it does, the relevant game page and privacy policy will explain the provider, data use and any additional rules before you use them. You must not attempt to access another person’s data or interfere with service security.

You must have the right to send any message or material you submit and it must not be unlawful, abusive or infringe another person’s rights. You keep ownership of your submission, while allowing us to use feedback and ideas without payment to support users and improve our games and services.

ThinkFlow Studios and its licensors retain all rights in our games, software, artwork, audio, brands, website and original content. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve quality, safety or compatibility. We do not promise that every device will remain supported or that an online service will always be available. We aim to preserve valid progress during updates but cannot restore deleted device-only saves.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ThinkFlow Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
